Prof. Faxing Ding,Central South University,China

Ding fa-xing is a Professor in the School of Civil Engineering at Central South University. His research has been supported by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University and the Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of Hunan. He has presided over 4 national projects, published 2 monographs, and published more than 200 research papers, including more than 100 indexed by SCI and 60 indexed by EI. He has won 2 first prizes of the Industry Association Technology Award and 2 first prizes of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. His original work, namely the damage ratio strength theory, has been reported by the central media and the report has been read more than half a million times. In addition, he presented an academic report on the "2022 Engineering Structures Asia Pacific Series Academic Forum ". The topic of the report is the Concrete and Rock Damage Ratio Strength Theory and Its Application: "Hard to drill the earth center " and "No collapse in Mega earthquake ".
